{no bake} Triple Layer Lemon Pudding Pie


It was so easy to make plus it's such a great lemon dessert!! This was a huge hit!!! Light lemon flavor. Really yummy.

This easy & simple no bake triple layer lemon pudding pie is the perfect summertime dessert! You only need 5 ingredients for a sweet and creamy lemon pudding pie that is no bake and so simple to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker or shortbread crust
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) lemon instant pudding mix do not prepare
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice about 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Dark Chocolate Walnut Cookies

I just finished making these and they are by far one of the best cookies I have ever made....and I make a LOT of cookies!  I used regular semi-sweet chocolate chips (I didnt have any of the bittersweet) and I substituted hersheys special dark cocoa for the regular cocoa. I also found that if you let the dough rest on the counter for a half an hour or so, it thickens up and makes the cookies spread less and come out even better! I was able to get 3 dozen using a small cookie scoop. I will use this over and over I am sure! It’s everything we love about our dark chocolate walnut cookies. These babies are prime for dunking in a glass of ice-cold milk.
