Valentine's Day Oreo Pops

These cute Valentine’s Day Oreo pops take only a few minutes to make, and they make a great classroom treat idea for your friends!

My favorite Creative Foodie friends and I have whipped up some delicious pink & red treats to celebrate Valentine’s Day. I made a batch of my favorite Oreo pops, and they turned out SUPER cute!


They turned out SO cute! My kids and their friends always go crazy over Oreo pops! I may have gone a little crazy myself, and taken about a million photos.

Bringing it to a dinner as a tiny-bites dessert will please everyone who has a tendency to overeat. But it will be rich and flavorful!  Cheesecake bites are nothing more than little chocolate-covered morsels of creamy cheesecake. No special equipment and no water bath needed, since chocolate covers any cracks. SO good! Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

I just made thsee and the cake is soooo much better than most recipes! I even made the chocolate hearts..so pretty and easy. Actually found a little mint in the garden too. Perfect! They are delicious. The raspberry buttercream is also incredible and very flavorful. This frosting is ridiculously good! I indulged in many extra spoonfuls of frosting. It was a big hit with family and friends. These would definitely be the perfect Valentine’s treat. YUMMMM! My favorite flavor is chocolate paired with raspberry. These are adorable and I love the little surprise inside the frosting! It’s perfect any day but so perfect for Valentine’s Day!! Raspberry Curd Tart

This is such a gorgeous and perfect dessert for Mother’s Day. Lovely! Most definitely show stopping! That vibrant pink is perfect for Mother’s Day – love all the fresh raspberries in this one! o, so pretty and the color is stunning.  I love, love, LOVE this recipe! I’ve made it several times and it’s always a hit. I add a sprig of fresh mint to steep for 5 minutes before straining the fruit which adds a nice flavor. I also tried a blackberry/blueberry/basil version this week that was equally delicious! Awesome recipe! This tart was fantastic! It was everything I was hoping it would be. The curd was velvety, tart, and delicious. INGREDIENTS    RASPBERRY CURD 3 cups raspberries 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp Meyer lemon zest 2 Tbsp Meyer lemon juice 2 Tbsp water 2 large egg yolks 2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp cornstarch 1/8 tsp salt 1 Tbsp chilled unsalted butter, diced    CRUST 1 1/4 cups flour 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted and finely ground 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 7 Tbsp unsalted butter    TOPPING 1 cup
