Pizzelle

Pizzelles are a delicious Italian wafer cookie that my grandmother made every year for Christmas! Light and crispy, these buttery vanilla pizzelles are great for the holidays, dessert, or anytime. Your family will gobble these right up.


Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Flour 
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 3 eggs 
  • ¾ cup Sugar 
  • 8 TBSP Butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 1½ TBSP Vanilla Extract 
  • 1/8 cup Milk

Dark Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Buttercream Frosting

I just made thsee and the cake is soooo much better than most recipes! I even made the chocolate hearts..so pretty and easy. Actually found a little mint in the garden too. Perfect! They are delicious. The raspberry buttercream is also incredible and very flavorful. This frosting is ridiculously good! I indulged in many extra spoonfuls of frosting. It was a big hit with family and friends. These would definitely be the perfect Valentine’s treat. YUMMMM! My favorite flavor is chocolate paired with raspberry. These are adorable and I love the little surprise inside the frosting! It’s perfect any day but so perfect for Valentine’s Day!! Raspberry Curd Tart

This is such a gorgeous and perfect dessert for Mother’s Day. Lovely! Most definitely show stopping! That vibrant pink is perfect for Mother’s Day – love all the fresh raspberries in this one! o, so pretty and the color is stunning.  I love, love, LOVE this recipe! I’ve made it several times and it’s always a hit. I add a sprig of fresh mint to steep for 5 minutes before straining the fruit which adds a nice flavor. I also tried a blackberry/blueberry/basil version this week that was equally delicious! Awesome recipe! This tart was fantastic! It was everything I was hoping it would be. The curd was velvety, tart, and delicious.
