Gingerbread Cookie Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting

YUM!! This recipe is SO easy to make – perfect for holiday parties or even your cookie exchange! Everyone in our family loved these. So, this one is a keeper! ENJOY! 

Rich, chewy, and delicious, these gingerbread cookie bars are the perfect holiday treat! 

These soft & chewy gingerbread cookie bars are delicious! And, they're so easy to make!



Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅓ cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

This easy & simple no bake triple layer lemon pudding pie is the perfect summertime dessert! You only need 5 ingredients for a sweet and creamy lemon pudding pie that is no bake and so simple to make. Dark Chocolate Walnut Cookies

I just finished making these and they are by far one of the best cookies I have ever made....and I make a LOT of cookies!  I used regular semi-sweet chocolate chips (I didnt have any of the bittersweet) and I substituted hersheys special dark cocoa for the regular cocoa. I also found that if you let the dough rest on the counter for a half an hour or so, it thickens up and makes the cookies spread less and come out even better! I was able to get 3 dozen using a small cookie scoop. I will use this over and over I am sure! It’s everything we love about our dark chocolate walnut cookies. These babies are prime for dunking in a glass of ice-cold milk.
